Er Poudel is a Civil Engineer with Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and Master degree with environmental management. He has experiences in different Infrastructure Sectors as specially in Highways sectors. He has wide range of experience of working experience in Road and Highway Sectors as Planning/Managing, Surveying, Design, Estimation and Construction Supervision Expert at national and International level. Er Poudel has been adopted to manage the overriding challenge to ensure the council delivers value for money; each year a budget allocation to a limit is made available to cover the costs incurred for highways construction and maintenance works and also responsible for the planning and delivery of the annual planned maintenance works to tight schedules and within allocated budgets.
