Mr Santosh Kafle (CA)- Managing Director(After Sharwan 2081)

Area of Expertise           Proficient in strategic planning, business and  financial analysis, budgeting, performance reporting, treasury management, financial operations and monitoring.                           

Mr Kafle holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Insurance Management from Annamalai University. He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and fellow member for The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) and Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (KICPAA). He holds Diploma in International Financial Reporting (Dip IFR) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) UK.

•He has 17 years of work experience in telecom, insurance, accounting and auditing industries nationally and internationally altogether. 

•He led the successful merger of business operations of Hello, Axiata Co. Ltd, Cambodia and Smart Mobile, Latelz Co. Ltd, Cambodia. Furthermore, another merger of business operation of Starcell, Applifone Co. Ltd, Cambodia and Smart Mobile, Latelz Co. Ltd, Cambodia. He oversaw the smooth integration of financial, accounting, budgeting and planning operations during the transition period of both the mergers.
